中职学校与应用型本科院校人才培养有效衔接探讨

Discussion on the Effective Connection of Talent Cultivation between Vocational Schools and Applied Undergraduate Colleges

我国经济社会发展进入了新阶段,对应用型创新人才的需求进一步扩大,而职业教育作为一种类型教育,在应用型创新人才培养方面发挥着重要作用。中职学校与应用型本科院校人才培养的有效衔接具有逻辑上的合理性,然而在理论基础、应用能力、课程结构以及评价模式上仍存在一些问题,不利于进一步培养与提升升入应用型本科院校的中职毕业生的职业能力,进而影响应用型本科院校对高水平创新人才的培养。因此,为实现人才培养的有效衔接,中职学校要兼顾就业功能和升学功能,加强对学生理论基础的培养;应用型本科院校应明确自身人才培养定位,加强对应用型创新人才的培养。同时,中职学校和应用型本科院校应协调培养目标,致力于高水平技术技能人才的培养;调整课程内容,在层次和难度上形成递进性;确定科学的评价标准,培养服务经济社会发展的应用型创新人才;加强师资队伍建设,促进学生实现理论与实践的有机结合。

China's economic and social development has entered a new stage,and the demand for applied innovative talents has further expanded.As a type of education,vocational education plays a very important role in cultivating applied innovative talents.The effective connection between vocational schools and applicationoriented undergraduate colleges in talent cultivation is logically reasonable.However,there are still some problems in theoretical foundation,application ability,course structure,and evaluation mode,which are not conducive to further cultivating and improving students'vocational abilities promoted to application-oriented undergraduate colleges,and thus affect the cultivation of high-level innovative talents in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.Therefore,in order to achieve effective connection in talent cultivation,secondary vocational schools should balance their employment function and enrollment function,and strengthen the cultivation of students'theoretical foundation;applied undergraduate colleges should clarify their positioning for talent cultivation and strengthen the cultivation of applied innovative talents.At the same time,secondary vocational schools and applied undergraduate colleges should coordinate their training goals and strive to cultivate high-level technical talents;adjust the course content to form a progressive approach in terms of level and difficulty;determine scientific evaluation criteria and cultivate applied innovative talents who serve economic and social development;strengthen the construction of teaching staff and promote the organic integration of theory and practice among students.
