绢云母表面改性及其复合材料力学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高绢云母在有机体中的分散性,将十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇300和聚乙二醇400进行二组分等比例复配,采用干法处理改性绢云母,以25%的填充量添加到聚丙烯中制成复合材料。测试改性前后绢云母粉体的吸油值、沉降体积、热稳定性及复合材料的力学性能和微观形貌。结果表明,聚乙二醇300和十二烷基硫酸钠复配改性效果较优,活化绢云母的吸油值和沉降体积分别下降12.7 mL/100 g和1.9 mL/g,且热稳定性更好,复合材料的力学性能也优于传统改性剂。聚乙二醇300和十二烷基硫酸钠等比例复配改性绢云母复合材料力学性能最佳,冲击强度和弯曲应力分别为40.34 kJ/m^(2)和45.81 MPa。复合材料的断面更加光滑平整,说明聚乙二醇300和十二烷基硫酸钠复配改性剂有效改善了填料与聚丙烯之间的相容性。 In order to inhance the dispersion of sericite in organism,sodium dodecyl sulfate,sodium dodecyl sulfonate,polyethylene glycol 200,polyethylene glycol 300 and polyethylene glycol 400 were compounded in equal proportion,and the modified sericite was treated by dry method,and the composite material was made by adding 25%of the filling amount to polypropylene.The oil absorption value,sedimentation volume,thermal stability,mechanical properties and appearance of the composite were tested before and after modification.The results show that the composite modification effect of polyethylene glycol 300 and sodium dodecyl sulfate is better.The oil absorption value and sedimentation volume of activated sericite are decreased by 12.7 mL/100 g and 1.9 mL/g respectively,and the thermal stability is better.The mechanical properties of the composite are also better than those of traditional modifiers.The mechanical properties of sericite composite modified by polyethylene glycol 300 and sodium dodecyl sulfate in equal proportion are the best,and the impact strength and bending stress are as high as 40.34 kJ/m^(2) and 45.81 MPa.The cross section of the composite material is smoother and smoother,which shows that the compound modifier of polyethylene glycol 300 and sodium dodecyl sulfate effectively improves the compatibility between filler and polypropylene.
