摘要
采用SGZ-0505T(1.0)干式周期式振动高梯度磁选工业机(SGZ干粉机)对某长石矿进行提纯研究,考察主要操作参数对提纯效果的影响。结果表明,新研制的SGZ干粉机具有矿石给料均匀、磁介质利用率高、不易堵塞和选矿效率高等优点。增加给矿粒度和磁感应强度有利于提升长石精矿白度,增加给矿频率和振动力则降低精矿的白度。长石原矿白度为36.3%,在给矿粒度为1.5 mm,给矿频率为30 Hz,磁感应强度为1.0 T,振动力为0.85 kN的最佳条件下,经SGZ干粉机一次分选,可获得白度为65.3%、产率为79.98%的优质长石精矿。
Using SGZ-0505T(1.0)dry vibration high gradient magnetic separator(SGZ dry separator)to purify a feldspar,the effects of key operating parameters on its separation performance are analyzed.The results show that the newly developed SGZ dry separator has advantages such as uniform ore feeding,high utilization rate of matrix,non-clogging and high beneficiation efficiency.With the increase of feed particle size and magnetic induction,the whiteness of feldspar concentrate increases,while with the increase of feed frequency and vibration force,the whiteness of the concentrate decreases.For the feldspar raw ore with whitness of 36.3%,under optimal operating conditions of feed partide size being 1.5 mm,feed frequency being 30 Hz,magnetic induction being 1.0 T,and vibration force being 0.85 kN,through one time of separation by the SGZ dry separator,we can obtainfeldspar concentrate with a whiteness of 65.3%and a yield of 79.98%.
