西藏融入成渝地区双城经济圈建设的路径研究

Study on the path of Xizang's integration into the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin City Economic Circle

西藏融入成渝地区双城经济圈建设,是西藏推进“一带一路”建设和推动高原经济高质量发展的需要,也是西藏维护社会和谐稳定阔步走向长治久安的需要。在新的历史时期,西藏要找准切入点和结合点、立足自身优势,明确定位主动积极融入成渝地区双城经济圈建设,抢先抓住这一战略机遇,进一步加大西藏与成渝地区城市间经济交流合作,为西藏经济社会发展注入新的活力,在我国西南部加速形成优势互补、高质量发展的区域经济格局,加快西藏高原经济高质量发展。本文立足西藏地缘优势和自身发展实际,全面分析了西藏融入成渝地区双城经济圈建设面临的挑战困难,提出了相应的策略及融入路径,为西藏融入成渝地区双城经济圈建设及十四五期间通道流域经济发展提供意见建议。

The integration of Xizang into the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin City Economic Circle is Xizang’s need to promote the construction of the"Belt and Road Initiative"and promote the high-quality development of plateau economy,and also Xizang’s need to maintain social harmony and order towards long-term peace and stability.In the new historical period,Xizang should identify the entry point and combination point,base on its own advantages,clearly position itself to actively integrate into the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin City Economic Circle,seize this strategic opportunity first,further strengthen the economic exchanges and cooperation between Xizang and Chengdu-Chongqing cities,and inject new vitality into the economic and social development of Xizang.Xizang should accelerate the formation of a regional economic pattern with complementary advantages and high-quality development in southwest China,and accelerate the high-quality economic development of the Plateau.Based on Xizang’s geographical advantages and its own development reality,this paper comprehensively analyzes the challenges and difficulties faced by Xizang’s integration into the construction of the economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing area,puts forward corresponding strategies and integration paths,and provides suggestions for Xizang’s integration into the construction of the economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing area and the economic development of the channel basin during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
