西藏推进中华民族共同体建设的四维路径——基于民族互嵌式社区营造的视角

Four-dimensional approach to promoting the building of the Chinese national community in Xizang——Based on the perspective of ethnic interlocking community construction

党的二十大报告明确提出,要以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,加强和改进党的民族工作。文章系统回顾了民族互嵌式社区建设的政策进路和民族互嵌式社区的研究状况,并基于民族互嵌式社区营造的视角,提出通过空间社会、民生经济、关系制度、文化心理等路径,构建各民族相互嵌入的生活环境、发展环境、治理环境和精神环境,实现各民族在广泛交往交流交融中铸牢中华民族共同体意识。

The Report of the Party’s 20th National Congress has clearly pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen and improve the Party’s ethnic work by casting a strong sense of the Chinese national community as the main line.This paper systematically reviews the policy approach of ethnic interlocking community construction and the research status of ethnic interlocking community construction.Based on the perspective of ethnic interlocking community construction,it proposes to construct the interlocking living environment,development environment,governance environment and spiritual environment of various ethnic groups through the paths of spatial society,livelihood and economy,relationship system and cultural psychology,to ensure that all ethnic groups foster a strong sense of the Chinese national community through extensive interaction,exchanges,and integration.
