城市开发强度与资源环境承载力时空耦合协调分析——以厦漳泉城市群为例

摘要 城市开发强度与资源环境承载力两者的关系是关乎一个城市能否可持续发展的关键所在。选取厦漳泉城市群作为研究区域,以2011—2019年为时间尺度,运用耦合协调模型分析厦门、漳州和泉州三市的城市开发强度与资源环境承载力的耦合及协调发展程度。研究结果表明:(1)厦漳泉城市群的城市开发强度差异显著。总体上三市开发强度排序为:厦门>泉州>漳州。2019年,厦门和泉州上升到中强度开发水平,其中厦门接近于高强度开发。漳州市仍处于低强度开发阶段,开发强度不足。(2)2011—2019年,研究区域的资源环境状况大体上呈现好转趋势。2019年三市资源环境承载力均提升到中承载力水平,承载力综合指数排序为:漳州>厦门>泉州。从变化趋势上看,三市均经历由低承载水平到中承载水平的过程。(3)厦漳泉城市开发与资源环境承载力之间的耦合协调度变化显著,三市的耦合协调性表现出差异性。2019年三市协调水平排序为:厦门>泉州>漳州。变化过程上:厦门市由轻微失调转为勉强协调,泉州市由轻度失调转为勉强协调,漳州市由中度失调转为轻微失调又下降为轻度失调。此外,2019年三市城市开发强度与资源环境承载力水平的耦合度均处于拮抗耦合阶段,耦合程度低。 The relationship between the intensity of urban development and the carrying capacity of resources and environment is the key to the sustainable development of city.This study selected the Xia-Zhang-Quan urban agglomeration as the research area,and used the coupling coordination model to analyze the coupling and coordinated development degree of the land development intensity and the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Xiamen,Zhangzhou and Quanzhou with the time scale of 2011—2019.The results indicated that,(1)the urban development intensity of Xia-Zhang-Quan urban agglomeration is significantly different.The order of development intensity of the three cities is:Xiamen>Quanzhou>Zhangzhou.In 2019,Xiamen and Quanzhou raised to the level of medium intensity development,of which Xiamen is close to high intensity development.Zhangzhou is still in the stage of low-intensity development,the development intensity is insufficient.2)From 2011 to 2019,the resources and environment in the study area generally showed a good trend.In 2019,the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the three cities were raised to the medium carrying capacity level,and the comprehensive index of carrying capacity is:Zhangzhou>Xiamen>Quanzhou.From the change trend,these three cities have experienced the process from low bearing level to medium bearing level.3)The coupling coordination between Xia-Zhang-Quan urban development and resource and environmental carrying capacity changes significantly,and the coupling coordination of the three cities shows differences.The coordination level of the three cities in 2019 is:Xiamen>Quanzhou>Zhangzhou.As for the change process,Xiamen has changed from near maladjustment to reluctant coordination,Quanzhou from mild maladjustment to reluctant coordination,and Zhangzhou from moderate maladjustment to near maladjustment and then to mild maladjustment.In addition,the coupling degree between the urban development intensity and the level of resource and environmental carrying capacity of the three cities in 2019 is in the antagonistic coupling stage,and the coupling degree is low.
