摘要
在师范类专业认证的实践过程中,课堂教学质量评价体系难以真实反映师范院校课堂教学的实际状况,在评价主体、客体、模式、标准和结果应用上,均存在一些亟待解决的问题。师范院校需了解课堂教学质量评价的理论建构背景,理清评价体系存在的问题。应以师范类专业认证工作理念和评价标准为参考,在发展的具体实践中持续改进,让评价回归教学本身,进一步提升师范院校培养合格教师的能力。
In the process of teacher education accreditation,the classroom teaching quality evaluation system can hardly reflect the actual situation of classroom teaching in normal universities,and there are some urgent problems in the evaluation subjects,objects,modes,criteria and application of results.Normal universities need to understand the theoretical background of classroom teaching quality evaluation and clarify the problems of the evaluation system.They should take the concept and evaluation standards of teacher education accreditation as reference,and make continuous improvements in the specific practice of development,so that evaluation can return to teaching itself and further enhance the ability of normal universities to train qualified teachers.
