基于知识管理的图书馆绩效:结构方程的再检验

摘要 [目的/意义]论文基于达曼普尔图书馆绩效评估模型,加入知识管理新变量,分析图书馆绩效各要素的变化。[方法/过程]基于文献梳理,提出研究假设,构建了知识管理框架下图书馆绩效的理论框架,并通过实证研究的方法,检验了知识管理与图书馆绩效之间的关系。[结果/结论]图书馆的知识管理,改善了图书馆内部组织的管理能力,提升了图书馆内部的专业技能,并使图书馆的新技术项目开发得到拓展,读者服务效率亦随之提升。本研究为图书馆进一步引入知识管理以提升其绩效,提供了学术证据。 [Purpose/significance]Based on the Dammampur library performance evaluation model this paper adds new variables of knowledge management to analyze the changes of various elements of library performance.[Method/process]Based on the literature review this paper puts forward the research hypothesis constructs the theoretical framework of library performance under the framework of knowledge management and tests the relationship between knowledge management and library performance through empirical research.[Result/conclusion]The knowledge management of the library has improved the management ability of the internal organization of the library enhanced the professional skills of the library expanded the development of new technology projects of the library and improved the efficiency of reader service.This study provides academic evidence for libraries to further introduce knowledge management to improve their performance.
