公共图书馆网约书服务的读者持续使用意愿研究——以湖北省图书馆为例

摘要 [目的/意义]分析读者对网约书服务的持续使用意愿,帮助公共图书馆更好地利用互联网+物流模式开展文化精准惠民服务。[方法/过程]将感知成本、社群影响因素引入技术接受模型与信息系统成功模型,以湖北省图书馆为例,借助SPSS26.0和Amos24.0软件,对问卷所得的数据做探索性因子分析和信效度检验,由逐步回归分析得到最优模型。[结果/结论]假设2、假设3、假设5和假设6成立,感知易用性、系统质量、服务质量和社群影响因素可以显著提升读者的持续使用意愿,影响程度分别为0.170、0.172、0.313和0.313。公共图书馆可以通过提高服务水平,扩大传播范围增加读者持续使用网约书服务的意愿。 [Purpose/significance]Analysis on readers’willingness to use online book booking service continuously helps public libraries to utilize Internet+logistics mode better to carry out accurate cultural services to benefit the people.[Method/process]The perceived cost and community influencing factors were introduced into the technology acceptance model and the information system success model.Taking the library of Hubei Province for example exploratory factor analysis and reliability and validity test were conducted on the data obtained from the questionnaire with SPSS26.0 and Amos24.0 and the optimal model was obtained by stepwise regression analysis.[Result/conclusion]Hypothesis 2 hypothesis 3 hypothesis 5 and hypothesis 6 are valid.Perceived ease of use system quality service quality and community influence factors can significantly improve readers’intention to continue using and the influence degrees are 0.1700.1720.313 and 0.313 respectively.Public libraries can increase readers’willingness to continue to use online booking services by improving the service level and expanding the dissemination scope.
