针药并用治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with medication in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

目的观察针药并用治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症的临床疗效。方法将96例妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例。治疗组采用针刺疗法和口服熊去氧胆酸片治疗,对照组采用口服熊去氧胆酸片治疗。比较两组治疗前后主要症状积分和总分及血清总胆汁酸(total bile acid,TBA)、甘胆酸(cholyglycine,CG)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate transaminase,AST)、谷氨酰转肽酶(gamma glutamyl transpeptidase,GGT)水平,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率和愈显率分别为91.7%和68.8%,对照组为72.9%和41.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清TBA、CG、ALT、AST、GGT水平及主要症状积分和总积分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清TBA、CG和GGT水平及主要症状积分和总积分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with medication in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Method Ninety-six patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 48 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and oral ursodeoxycholic acid tablets,and the control group was treated with oral ursodeoxycholic acid tablets.The main symptom scores,total scores,and serum total bile acid(TBA),cholyglycine(CG),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST)and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result The total effective rate and cure rate were 91.7%and 68.8%in the treatment group,and 72.9%and 41.7%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of serum TBA,CG,ALT,AST,GGT,main symptom scores and total scores in the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum TBA,CG,GGT,main symptom scores and total scores in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and medication has significant therapeutic effect on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.
