摘要 2023年5月11—13日,2023年全国钢后设备系统维修改造与低碳高效生产技术发展研讨会在福建福州市举行,会议由河北省金属学会联合福建、四川、北京、山东、辽宁、上海、河南、江苏等金属学会共同主办,冶金新视线(冶金信息装备网)组织协办,会议得到江苏奕享机械制造有限公司、中琉科技有限公司的大力支持,《河北冶金》杂志提供媒体支持。 A summary and analysis were conducted on the measures taken for the progress of ironmaking technology at Wen'an Iron and Steel in recent years.In the event of a decrease in the grade of incoming raw materials,long-term stability and smooth operation of the BF can be achieved through equipment technological transformation,strengthen raw and fuel management,and continuous optimization of various process operations.By increasing oxygen enrichment,reducing coke ratio and increasing coal ratio,low[Si]smelting,and innovating feeding modes,the BF achieves efficient and low consumption smelting.By ensuring that the furnace condition is smooth and good before shutdown,accurately calculating the opening material and distribution,and using scientific BF opening technology,the BF can be opened quickly and reach production capacity.
