冷轧热镀锌产线清洗段内黏状物的形成原因及解决措施

摘要 针对某钢厂冷轧镀锌产线清洗段内出现的黏状物问题,现场观察确认工况,并现场取样,采用浸渍法进行实验分析验证。结果表明:消泡剂过期变质是清洗段黏状物产生的根本原因,碱液洁净度差是黏状物积累增加的间接原因。通过使用未变质的消泡剂、提高碱液洁净度等措施,从根本上解决了黏状物的产生,有效提高了清洗质量。 In view of the slime problem in the cleaning section of the cold-rolled galvanizing production line of a steel plant,the working conditions were confirmed by field observation and analyzed and verified by sampling and impregnation method.The results show that the aging of defoamer is the root cause of slime formation in the cleaning section,and the poor cleanliness of alkali liquor is the indirect cause of slime accumulation and increase.The production of sticky substances has been fundamentally solved and the cleaning quality has been effectively improved through the use of unmodified defoamer and the improvement of the cleanliness of alkaline solution.
