碱熔-二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定含铁尘泥中铬的含量

摘要 本文提出了混合熔剂熔融样品,温水浸出,干过滤,取部分清夜,在硫酸(0.1 mol/L)介质中,利用二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法法测定含铁尘泥中铬元素含量的新方法。对试样称样量、试样溶液分取量、基体效应、方法的检出限、正确度、精密度和回收率等进行了实验和讨论。对含铁尘泥样品中铬含量的测定结果表明,本试验方法的检出限低,正确度和精密度高,回收率良好,检测结果准确可靠。 In this paper,a new method was proposed for the determination of chromium in iron dust mud by spectrophotometric method of dibenzoyldihydrazine in sulfuric acid(0.1 mol/L)with mixed flux melting sample,warm water leaching,dry filtration and partial clearing.The sample weight,solution fraction,matrix effect,detection limit,accuracy,precision and recovery of the method were discussed.The determination results of chromium content in iron dust and mud samples show that this method has low detection limit,high accuracy and precision,good recovery rate,and accurate and reliable detection results.
