大跨度索结构关键技术与工程应用

Key Technology of Long Span Cable Structures and Its Engineering Applications

摘要 针对建筑品质提升、建筑造型和建筑功能日趋多样化与复杂化等新需求,项目组产学研结合,发展完善了大跨度索结构技术体系。创新发展了大跨度索结构设计理论,解决了索结构设计的关键难题;研发了新型高效索结构体系、节点和产品,攻克了复杂索结构高效承载的技术难题;创新了索结构施工理论、方法和装备,解决了新型索结构安装提升难题,施工效率大幅提升;研制了索结构新型监测成套技术,攻克了钢索绝对应力的精准监测难题。成果支撑了2022年卡塔尔世界杯主体育场、苏州奥体中心体育场、大连梭鱼湾足球场、三亚体育场等大型工程的建设,取得了显著的经济、社会和环境效益。 The project aims to develop the technology system for long span cable structures by an industry-university-research cooperation,in order to cope with the challenges stemming from the needs of building quality promotion and the growing diversity and complexity of architectural geometry and function.An innovative structural design theory is proposed to tackle the critical problems in cable structure design.Novel structural systems,connections,and cable products are developed,by which the technical problems of load-carrying with high efficiency for complex cable structures are resolved.Theory,methodology and equipment for cable structure construction are developed to solve the installation and lifting problems and improve the construction efficiency.A new set of cable structure monitoring technology is developed to overcome the challenges in accurate monitoring of absolute cable forces.The achievements provide supports for many large projects such as the main venue of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022,the Suzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium,the Dalian Suoyuwan Football Stadium and the Sanya Stadium,achieving significant economic,social and environmental benefits.
