摘要
项目组针对我国工业遗产保护与老旧工业区更新的国家重大需求,通过系统的技术研发与验证性实践,创新性地提出多尺度、多层次的工业遗产系统性保护利用与城市绿色发展相结合的理论,在规划层面建构遗产保护要素与低碳形态因子结合的空间结构更新优化方法,在建筑层面建立基于工业遗产保护的建筑加固与绿色低碳改造再利用关键技术,在运营层面研发工业遗产空间环境与产业功能可持续发展适配关键技术,突破了工业遗产充分有效保护与绿色高效利用的技术瓶颈。技术成果直接推广应用于北京、景德镇、重庆、昆明、南昌、铜川等地多项老工业区和工业建筑保护与更新工程,经济、社会、环境效益显著。
In response to the national major needs for the heritage protection and the renewal of old industrial areas in China,the project team innovatively proposes a theory of combining multi-scale and multi-level systematic protection and utilization of industrial heritage with smart urban development through technological research and verification practices.At the planning level,a spatial structure renewal method is constructed that combines heritage protection elements with low-carbon form factors.At the architectural level,key technologies for building reinforcement and green low-carbon transformation and reuse are established.in accordance with industrial heritage protection At the operational level,key technologies are developed for the adaptation of new urban functions in the industrial heritage spatial environment..The technological bottleneck has been broken through.to enable fully and effectively protection and utilization of t industrial heritage in a green and efficient way.These technological achievements have been directly promoted and applied to many protection and renovation projects for old industrial areass as well as building in Beijing,Jingdezhen,Chongqing,Kunming,Nanchang and Tongchuan,with significant economic,social,and environmental benefits..
