建筑集中生活热水水质保障与节能节水关键技术研究与应用

摘要 项目组针对集中生活热水系统军团菌问题频发、出热水时间长、太阳能系统复杂、集热效率差等威胁百姓身体健康,阻碍行业技术发展的关键问题,开展了十余年的技术研究,首次在全国范围内围绕建筑集中生活热水系统展开系统性的研究,通过为期3年的热水系统调研,识别出集中生活热水系统关键科学问题,并针对性的开展技术研究、产品开发、标准编制,创建了集中生活热水灭活军团菌关键技术,研发了集中生活热水低碳节能与节水加热设备,形成了集中生活热水系统节能节水提效循环技术,建立了集中生活热水系统水质保障标准体系,实现了产品化、产业化,成果应用于大量国家重点项目及民生工程,系统性的解决了集中生活热水系统水质安全、节水节能问题。 The project team has carried out technical research for more than 10 years,aiming at the key problems of the centralized domestic hot water system,such as frequent legionella problems,long time for hot water discharge,complicated operation and poor thermal efficiency of the solar system,which has threatened people’s health and hindered the technical development of the industry.It is for the first time in China that the project team has conducted a 3-year systematic research on the centralized domestic hot water system of buildings nationwide,so as to identify the key scientific problems of centralized domestic hot water system.The project has carried out targeted technical research,product development and standard formulation,pioneered the key technology of inactivation of legionella in centralized domestic hot water,developed low-carbon,energy-saving and water-saving heating equipment,and formed the energy-saving,water-saving and efficient circulation technology of centralized domestic hot water system.The water quality assurance standard system of centralized domestic hot water system has been created,which has been productized and industrialized.The research results have been applied to a large number of national key projects and livelihood projects,systematically solving the problems of water quality safety,water-saving and energy-saving of centralized domestic hot water system.
