立德树人,师德为范。新时代,加强师德建设应以提高教师自身修养为本。传统儒家修身文化内涵丰富,开篇之作《礼记·大学》里的“明德”智慧,对“本有本善”的人性观、“止于至善”的价值观、“诚以修身”的方法论以及做人做事应遵从的本末原则,作了深刻的哲理性阐释。这些思想精髓对承担“穷理正心、修己治人”大学问的高校教师,在培育师德自觉意识、树立师德价值取向、形成师德建设方法等方面具有重要启示意义。
