基于航摄技术的台州市实景三维建设

摘要 为构建台州市实景三维模型,本文首先利用无人机倾斜航摄技术获取建模区域内地面分辨率为0.03 m的影像数据,利用近景摄影技术获取建模重点区域的0.02 m影像数据;其次,采用全自动空中三角测量(以下简称空三)加密技术进行倾斜航摄影像数据和近景航摄影像数据的联合空中三角测量;最后,利用自动化实景三维建模技术,结合人工干预和模型修饰方法,完成实景三维模型数据的生产。结果显示,三维实景数据的平面位置中误差为0.03 m,高程中误差为0.04 m,符合精度要求。 In order to construct the 3D model of Taizhou City,the UAV oblique aerial photography technology is used in this paper to obtain the image data with a ground resolution of 0.03 m in the modeling area,and close range photography technology is used to obtain 0.02 m image data in the key modeling areas.Then the joint aerial triangulation of oblique aerial photography data and close range aerial photography data is carried out by using the automatic 3D modeling technology.Finally,3D real time model data is produced by using automated 3D modeling technology,combined with manual intervention and model modification methods.The results show that the horizontal mean square error of the 3D real scene data is 0.03 m,and the vertical mean square error is 0.04 m,all meet the accuracy requirements.
