上饶市国土空间规划“一张图”实施监督信息系统建设

The construction of the supervisory information system implemented by“one map”of land spatial planning in Shangrao City

本文在已有业务软件系统和硬件系统的支持下,依托国土空间基础信息平台,采用面向服务的理念和技术,利用多层次结构化体系、JAVA、Web Service、XML和事务处理等技术,完成了上饶市国土空间规划“一张图”实施监督信息系统的建设。本文详细阐述了该系统的建设、数据库设计、系统实现、安全建设及创新点等,该系统的建设助推了上饶市国土空间规划、智慧城市规划和城市建设等工作。

With the support of the existing commercial software system and hardware system,this paper relies on the basic information platform of national and spatial basic information platform,adopts the service oriented concept and technology,and uses the multi level structured system,JAVA,Web Services,XML and transaction processing technologies to construct the supervisory information system implemented by“one map”of land spatial planning in Shangrao City.It elaborates the system construction,database design,system implementation,security construction and the features and innovations.The construction of this system has boosted the land space planning,smart city planning and urban construction of Shangrao City.
