小型高效离子源驱动电路供电电源优化设计

摘要 中子发生器是电控设备,离子源测控系统工作的稳定性对于稳定中子产额、延长工作寿命尤为重要。基于现有的中子发生器控制台存在供电电源转换效率低、纹波大、稳定性差等问题,选择麦科迪电源公司的WRA/B系列模块电源作电路供电电源,并针对DC-DC电源的外围滤波电路做了精确设计,实现了电源转化效率81%,纹波系数0.11%的工作性能。经过参数适配与PCB走线优化,减少信号间的干扰,离子源电源输出电压为1800 V左右时,纹波系数小于0.008%,电压由低到高变化时,整体纹波系数都小于0.01%。 Neutron generator is an electronic equipment,the stability of ION source measurement and control system is particularly important for stabilizing neutron yield and prolonging working life.Based on the problems of low power supply conversion efficiency,large ripple and poor stability of the existing neutron generator console,WRA/B series module power supply from McCordy Power Supply Company was selected as the circuit power supply,and the peripheral filter circuit of DC-DC power supply was precisely designed to achieve the power conversion efficiency of 81%.Ripple coefficient 0.11%working performance;After parameter adaptation and PCB routing optimization,interference between signals is reduced.When the output voltage of ION source power supply is about 1800 V,the ripple coefficient is less than 0.008%,and when the voltage changes from low to high,the overall ripple coefficient is less than 0.01%.
