摘要 针对远程监控CAN总线数据的需求,为实现CAN总线和PC之间的数据交互,设计了基于STM32F407的Ethernet-CAN总线转换器。该转换器以STM32F407为主控制器,利用其两路CAN和一路Ethernet接口实现总线数据转换,将CAN总线数据通过Ethernet接口接入到PC上位机,完成CAN数据的远程监控。该设计移植了LWIP协议栈与上位机进行远程通信,通过发送标准帧CAN数据和扩展帧CAN数据进行实验测试。实验表明,该转换器最慢可以在15 s左右完成100000次的CAN总线数据转换,其中CAN总线波特率设置为1 Mb/s,符合Ethernet-CAN总线转换器的设计需求。 Aiming at the requirement of remote monitoring CAN bus data,to realize data interaction between CAN bus and PC,an Ethernet⁃CAN bus converter based on STM32F407 is designed.The converter uses STM32F407 as the main controller,uses its two CAN and one Ethernet interfaces to realize bus data conversion,and connects the CAN bus data to the PC host computer through the Ethernet interface to complete the remote monitoring of CAN data.This design transplants the LWIP protocol stack to communicate with the host computer remotely,and conducts experimental tests by sending standard frame CAN data and extended frame CAN data.Experiments show that the converter can complete 100000 CAN bus data conversions at the slowest time around 15 s,and the CAN bus baud rate is set to 1 Mb/s,which meets the design requirements of far Ethernet⁃CAN bus converters.
