摘要
现有隧道电力通信设备故障预警系统对故障分析能力较差,故障预警效率较低。为此,设计基于EMD的隧道电力通信设备故障预警系统。系统硬件主要设计了逻辑控制器、故障传感器、信号接收端口,应用两个西门子S7-1200型CPU对逻辑控制器中的控制程序进行信息处理,选用Pt120铂热电阻和温度变送器作为隧道内温度参数感知核心元件,通过两线制接入法和三线制接入法共同实现端口接入,利用GSM无线通信监测终端模块,实现故障预警。引入EMD提取故障能量特征,通过故障信号选取、连接局部极大值和局部极小值、计算平均值,实现隧道电力通信设备故障预警软件设计。结果表明,基于EMD的隧道电力通信设备故障预警系统具有很强的分析能力,可有效提高故障预警效率。
The existing tunnel power communication equipment fault early warning system has poor fault analysis ability and low fault early warning efficiency.Therefore,a tunnel power communication equipment fault early warning system based on EMD is designed.The system hardware mainly designs the logic controller,fault sensor and signal receiving port.Two Siemens S7-1200 CPU are used to process the information of the control program in the logic controller.Pt120 platinum thermistor and temperature transmitter are selected as the core components for temperature parameter sensing in the tunnel.The port access is realized through two-wire access method and three-wire access method,The GSM wireless communication monitoring terminal module is used to realize fault early warning.EMD is introduced to extract fault energy characteristics,and the fault early warning software design of tunnel power communication equipment is realized by selecting fault signal,connecting local maximum and local minimum,and calculating average value.The results show that the tunnel power communication equipment fault early warning system based on EMD has strong analysis ability and can effectively improve the fault early warning efficiency.
