多元化护理干预在临床护理中的研究进展

Research progress of diversified nursing intervention in clinical nursing

当前临床护理工作中使用的护理干预措施较为单一,虽然对患者短期内的康复有不同程度的提升,但不能从多方位考虑到患者长期的康复结局,这也成为了护理工作中一大重要问题。基于此,本文介绍一种新型的现代化护理干预措施——多元化护理。该项干预措施是以患者为中心,由护理工作者站在多元化角度,采用多元化的干预形式,来确保患者得到切实有效的护理干预。这种新型干预措施正逐渐被护理工作者和患者接受而运用到护理工作中,并致力于从患者的负性情绪、生活质量、疾病的认知水平等多个方面进行干预。本文从临床干预角色、临床运用效果以及日后临床运用的思考对多元化护理展开阐述,旨在推广多元化护理在临床工作中的运用效果,为促进患者长期的康复结局提供参考依据。

At present,the nursing intervention used in clinical nursing work are relatively simple,although the short-term rehabilitation of patients has different degrees of improvement,it fails to take into account the long-term rehabilitation outcome of patients from various aspects,which has become a major problem in nursing work.Based on this,this paper introduces a new modern nursing intervention measure:diversified nursing.The intervention measures are patient-centered,and nurses stand in a diversified perspective and adopt diversified intervention forms to ensure that patients get effective nursing intervention.This new type of intervention is gradually accepted by nurses and patients and applied to nursing work,and is committed to negative emotions of patients,quality of life,disease cognition level,and other aspects of the intervention.This article reviews the role of clinical intervention,clinical application effect,and future clinical application,with the intention of promoting the effect of diversified nursing in clinical work and providing a reference for promoting the long-term rehabilitation outcome of patients.
