Hospital-community joint construction and promotion of skills training programs for home-based elderly care caregivers

目的对社区居家养老照护者进行照护技能培训并推广应用。方法选取昆明市社区80例居家养老老年人照护者为研究对象,构建培训方案,开展为期8个月的照护技能培训,通过量表对80例居家养老老年人照护者的照护技能效果评估。结果干预前后比较,干预后的居家养老老年人照护者对照护知识、技能的了解与掌握程度优于干预前,且照护者的照护能力较干预前得到提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展照护者技能培训能有效提高社区居家养老照护者的照护知识、照护技能和照护能力,以期在其他社区推广应用。

Objective To train and promote the application of nursing skills for community home-based elderly caregivers.Methods 80 home-based elderly caregivers in Kunming community were selected as the research objects,a training program was constructed,a 6-month nursing skills training was carried out,and the nursing skills of 80 home-based elderly caregivers were evaluated through the scale.Results Compared with the pre-intervention and post-intervention comparisons,the understanding and mastery of nursing knowledge and skills of the elderly at home after the intervention were better than those before the intervention,and the caregivers nursing ability was improved compared with that before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Caregiver skills training can effectively improve the nursing knowledge,nursing skills and nursing ability of community home-based elderly caregivers,with a view to promoting application in other communities.
