基于CGA的人文关怀对老年患者依从性及满意度的价值

The value of CGA based Humanistic Care in compliance and satisfaction of elderly patients

目的分析基于老年综合评估(CGA)的人文关怀对老年患者依从性及满意度的价值。方法本研究对象为老年患者,入院时间在2021年2月至2022年8月,入选患者共85例,利用随机数字表法分组,分为对照组(常规护理,42例)与试验组(基于CGA的人文关怀护理,43例)。对比分析两组的心理状态、生活质量、依从性、满意度。结果在SAS评分、SDS评分及BADL评分上,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在依从率方面,试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在护理满意度上,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年患者实施基于CGA的人文关怀护理的效果确切,有利于舒缓负面情绪,改善生活质量,提升依从性,使其对护理服务更加满意,临床可进一步推广应用。

Objective To analyze the value of humanistic care based on CGA in compliance and satisfaction of elderly patients.Methods The subjects of this experiment were elderly patients,who were hospitalized from February 2021 to August 2022.A total of 85 patients were enrolled.They were divided into control group(conventional nursing,42cases)and experimental group(humanistic care nursing based on CGA,43cases)by random number table.The psychological status,quality of life,compliance and satisfaction of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results In SAS score,SDS score and BADL score,the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).In terms of compliance rate,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients,the implementation of humanistic care based on CGA has a definite effect,which is conducive to easing negative emotions,improving quality of life,enhancing compliance,and promoting their satisfaction with this nursing service.It can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
