2023年版《食品安全监督抽查实施细则》已公布实施。研读其中的蜂产品部分,与2022年版相比;在产品种类、检验依据、抽样型号或规格及方法数量、检验项目四个方面变化较大。该文结合实际工作对2023年版较2022年版要求规定的增加及变化的四个部分进行解读,供蜂产业同行参考。

The 2023 edition of the Implementation Rules for Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Inspection has been promulgated and implemented.After studying the bee products section,there are significant changes in product types.inspection basis,sampling mode1l or specification,method quantity,and inspection items compared to the 2022 version.Based on practical work,this article interprets the four parts of the requirements and changes in the 2023 version compareddtothe 2022 version,for reference by peers in the bee industry.
