摘要
在总生物量相同的情况下,运用活性污泥与小球藻混合组成菌-藻系统处理废水,研究在不同pH条件下菌-藻系统对污染物的去除效果和微藻生长的影响。实验结果表明,pH为中性条件NO_(3)--N、PO_(4)^(3-)-P、COD去除效果最好,去除率分别达到97%、94%、89%;叶绿素a含量和OD值结果表明,中性条件更有利于系统中小球藻生长。偏酸性和偏碱性条件下,对菌-藻系统处理污染物产生较大影响,不利于菌-藻结构的形成。
In the condition of the same total biomass,activated sludge and Chlorella pyrenoidosa are mixed together to form a bacteria-algal system to treat wastewater.The bacteria-algal system effects on pollutant removal and microalgal growth are investigated in different pH conditions.The results show that NO_(3)--N,PO_(4)^(3-)-P and COD are the more suitable when pH is neutral,with the removal rates reaching 97%,94%and 89%,respectively.The results of Chlorophyll a content and OD value show that the neutral condition is more favorable to the Chlorella pyrenoidosa growth.In more acidic and more alkaline conditions,it has a great impact on the treatment of pollutants by bacteria-algal system,which is not conducive to the formation of bacteria-algal structure.
