摘要
针对低压无感无刷直流风机,提出“STM8S+PT2522”的架构来设计无刷直流风机控制器。设计了场效应管驱动、PT2522及STM8S外围电路,根据相电流波形及运行效果调试无刷直流电机所需的各项参数并固化进PT2522,STM8S可调整风机转速并得到电机的运行参数。设计完成的新型风机控制器集成度更高、噪音更小,目前已经用于实际生产中。
For the low voltage brushless DC fan,the architecture of“STM8S+PT2522”is proposed to design brushless DC fan controller.The hardware design includes FET driver,PT2522 and STM8S peripheral circuits.Various parameters required by the brushless DC motor are determined according to the phase current waveform and operation effect,and these parameters are written into the ROM of PT2522,STM8S can control the fan speed and obtain the operating parameters of the motor.The new fan controller has higher integration and lower noise,and has been used in actual production.
