江苏省传染病定点医院感染控制组织管理现状

Management of nosocomial infection control in designated infectious diseases hospitals of Jiangsu Province

目的通过对感染控制组织管理执行情况的评估,为进一步提高全省传染病定点医院感染控制水平提供依据。方法采用WHO医疗机构感染控制指南及江苏省疾病预防控制中心制定的评估要点,对江苏省13个设区市的传染病定点医院开展感染控制组织管理工作评估,包括行政管理、环境工程管理以及个人防护管理。结果13家传染病定点机构感染控制组织管理项目总体执行率为(82.2±4.2)%,行政管理执行率为(86.8±3.0)%,环境工程管理执行率为(76.2±3.5)%,个人防护管理执行率为(83.9±3.5)%,差异有统计学意义(t=19.47,P<0.05)。共有8个项目、45项次未完成,主要为行政管理指标(占48.9%)。未完成项目指标中,以环境工程类指标未完成率(76.9%)最高,其次为个人防护(50.0%)和行政管理(33.8%),差异有统计学意义(F=8.83,P<0.05)。执行率<40%(未开展)共15项次,主要为行政管理中缺乏传染病疑似病例、转诊患者及其标本结果的跟踪系统(占26.7%)。结论目前我省传染病医院感染控制工作虽已基本满足现有需要,但仍存在许多不足。

Objective To assess the implementation of infection control management,so as to provide the evidence for improving infection control in designated infectious diseases hospitals of Jiangsu Province.Methods According to the WHO practical guidelines for infection control in health care facilities and the assessment of infection control proposed by Jiangsu Center for Disease Control and Prevention,the implementation of infection control management was assessed in designated infectious diseases hospitals across 13 cities of Jiangsu Province,including administrative management,environmental engineering detection and individual protection management.Results The overall implementation of infection control management,implementation of administrative management,environmental engineering detection and individual protection management was(82.2±4.2)%,(86.8±3.0)%,(76.2±3.5)%,and(83.9±3.5)%in 13 designated infectious diseases hospitals(t=19.37,P<0.05).A total of 8 programs and 46 program-times were not completed,most of which were administrative management indexes(48.9%).Among incomplete program indexes,environmental engineering indexes had the highest incomplete rate(76.9%),followed by individual protection management(50.0%)and administrative management indexes(33.8%)(F=8.83,P<0.05).There were 15 program-times with implementation of 40%,which mainly included lack of suspected infectious disease cases,referral patients and track system of sample detection results in administrative management(26.7%).Conclusion The current infection control almost meets the work needs in infectious disease hospitals of Jiangsu Province;however,there are still multiple shortcomings.
