非贵金属助催化剂CoP增强CdS纳米棒的光催化产氢活性研究

摘要 开发高效、廉价的非贵金属助催化剂一直是光催化分解水产氢领域备受关注的研究热点.本文采用水热和煅烧法合成非贵金属CoP负载的CdS纳米棒复合光催化材料.当CoP负载的质量分数为15%时,CoP/CdS复合光催化剂的产氢性能最优,达4729.38μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1),是单一CdS的83倍.产氢测试结果表明,CoP作为助催化剂可以有效地提升光生载流子的分离效率,从而提高光催化产氢性能.此外,本文还重点研究助催化剂CoP与CdS之间光生载流子分离、传输行为以及复合比例对CdS光催化产氢活性的影响规律及其光催化产氢活性增强机理.本工作为设计开发低成本、高效的光催化材料提供了新的策略. Energy is the basic driving force of economic growth and global development,and at the same time,the material key to human survival is also energy.While enjoying the benefits of economic development and scientific and technological progress,human beings are also faced with a series of unavoidable problems,such as resource competition,energy shortage and environmental pollution caused by the excessive use of energy,which has become a major problem faced by the rapid development of today's society.From the perspective of future development,the key to China's social development and economic growth will be restricted by the energy source.Hydrogen energy is the best renewable energy carrier,with the advantages of easy storage,high combustion value,no pollution,etc.Moreover,hydrogen energy has the title of"the future oil of mankind",and it has the ability to store unstable solar energy in the form of hydrogen energy.Hydrogen energy is not only pollution-free,but also has high energy conversion efficiency.It is a safe,efficient,clean and stored secondary energy.It is one of the first new energy to solve the problem of clean energy demand in the future,and will form"hydrogen economy"in the future.Therefore,how to efficiently and cheaply use the abundant solar energy to produce hydrogen has become the dream of energy and environmental scientists.As a solar energy conversion method,the photocatalytic decomposition of water hydrogen production technology has opened up a new way to solve the environmental problems and the energy crisis at the same time,and the development prospect is very broad.The development of efficient and cheap non-noble metal cocatalysts has always been a hot research topic in the field of hydrogen production by photocatalytic decomposition of water.The CdS nanorods with non-noble metal CoP loading materials were synthesized by hydrothermal and calcination methods.When the load content of CoP was 15%,the hydrogen production performance of the CoP/CdS composite photocatalyst reached 4729.38μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1),which was 83times as that of single CdS.The hydrogen production test results reveal that CoP as a cocatalyst can effectively improve the separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers,thus improving the photocatalytic hydrogen production activity.In addition,this paper also focuses on the influence law of photocarrier separation and transmission behavior and composite proportion between photocatalysts of CoP and CdS on the photocatalytic hydrogen production activity and the enhancement mechanism of photocatalytic performance.This work provides a new strategy for the design and development of low-cost and efficient photocatalytic materials.
