摘要
深井、超深井固井作业对水泥浆体系性能要求较高。为了满足深井、超深井固井作业需要,本文通过室内综合试验研究,优选合适的加重剂及水泥浆外加剂,构建了密度为2.10 g/cm^(3)、2.30 g/cm^(3)高密度固井水泥浆体系,并对水泥浆的性能进行评价。结果表明,该体系水泥浆具有较好的流变性和沉降稳定性,失水量低,抗压强度较高,抗高温性能优越。并且现已成功应用于蓬探XX井,固井质量优良,为后期深井及超深井固井的勘探开发起到了极为重要的推动作用。
Cementing operation of deep well and ultra-deep well requires high performance of cement slurry system.In order to meet the needs of deep well and ultra-deep well cementing operations,in this paper,we select appropriate weighting agents and cement slurry additives to construct a high-density cement slurry system with density of 2.10 g/cm^(3) and 2.30 g/cm^(3).Besides that,through the simulation comprehensive experimental study,we evaluate the performance of cement slurry.The results showed that the cement slurry of this system shows superior performance in rheological property,settlement stability,low water loss,high compressive strength and high temperature resistance.It has been successfully applied to Pengtan XX well with excellent cementing quality,which has played a very important role in promoting the exploration and development of deep well and ultra-deep well cementing in the later period.
