当前,农村老人养老难题,已成为新时代一个重大社会关切问题。农村互助性养老正成为新时代国家和各级政府大力倡导和鼓励的破解农村养老难题的重要抓手。但是,农村互助性养老实践中存在着一些典型难题,如何实现农村互助性养老健康发展成为时代之问。随着时代的发展,国家相继出台了一系列支持和鼓励农村互助性养老发展的政策,并呈现出一些鲜明特点。研究表明,农村互助性养老可持续发展需要协同推进策略。随着我国综合实力的提升和应对农村老龄化能力的进一步增强,展望未来,乡村美丽、农民富裕、农村互助性养老健康可持续发展将成为必然。

At present,the problem of old-age care for the elderly in rural areas has become a major social concern in the New Era.The rural mutual aid pension is becoming an important starting point for solving the rural pension problem vigorously ad-vocated and encouraged by the state and governments at all levels in the New Era.However,there are some typical difficulties in the practice of rural mutual assistance for the elderly,and how to realize the healthy development of rural mutual assistance has be-come a question of the times.With the development of the times,the state has successively issued a series of policies to support and encourage the development of mutual assistance in rural areas,which have some distinctive features.Researches showed that the sustainable development of rural mutual-aid pension required a coordinated promotion strategy.With the improvement of Chinese comprehensive strength and the further enhancement of the ability to cope with the aging of rural areas,the healthy and sustainable development of rural beauty,farmers'wealth and rural mutual assistance will become inevitable.
