摘要
为健全我国公共卫生应急管理体系,推动社会公共卫生应急事业发展,加快公共卫生应急管理人才培养,通过阐述后疫情时代培养公共卫生应急管理人才的时代意义,剖析我国在卫生应急管理人才培养方面存在的现实问题,围绕应急管理学科发展、公共卫生应急管理专业建设、卫生应急管理人才职业教育与培训等方面,结合现阶段我国卫生应急管理工作实际,积极探索我国公共卫生应急管理人才培养的实践路径,为进一步开展公共卫生应急管理专业教育、职业培训以及人才培养提供理论思考。
In order to improve Chinese public health emergency management system,develop public health emergency man-agement and accelerate public health emergency management talents training,the significance of training public health emergency management talents in the post-epidemic era was elaborated,and the realistic problems in Chinese health emergency management talents training were analyzed.Focusing on the development of emergency management disciplines,public health emergency man-agement professional construction,and the professional education and training of health emergency management talents,and combi-ning with the actual situation of health emergency management in China,the practical path to cultivate public health emergency management talents in China was actively explored,which can provide theoretical references for the development of public health e-mergency management professional education,professional training,and talent cultivation.
