摘要
工程总承包企业构建企业造价数据库,形成反映自身技术和管理水平的造价指标,对于企业科学预测工程造价,提高造价管控水平,实现项目利润有重要意义。本文基于浙江省工程总承包计价规则,提出工程总承包企业构建造价数据库的基本思路和方法。以教育建筑项目为例,以扩大分项工程为基本单元,分析了基于总承包项目清单计价规则的造价指标,和基于主要分项工程单位工程量的造价指标,并对扩大分项工程的工程量计算规则提出建议,验证了造价指标的合理性。在此基础上,指出该数据库的应用方向。
It is important for general contracting enterprises to build enterprise cost database and form cost indexes reflecting their own technology and management level to predict project cost scientifically,improve cost control level and realize project profit.Based on the pricing rules of general contracting projects in Zhejiang Province,this paper proposes the basic ideas and methods for general contracting enterprises to build cost database.Taking educational construction project as an example and expanded sub-projects as the basic unit,the cost indexes based on the list pricing rules for general contracting projects and the cost indexes based on the unit quantity of major sub-works are analyzed,and the rules for calculating the quantity of expanded sub-works are suggested,and the rationality of the cost indexes is also verified.On this basis,the application direction of this database is pointed out.
