铸牢中华民族共同体意识一体化教育的特征与路径 被引量:7

Logic,Characteristics and Paths of Fostering a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation of Integrated Education in Colleges,Middle Schools,and Primary Schools

摘要 文章基于系统论视角,探讨铸牢中华民族共同体意识一体化教育的内涵、特征及路径。铸牢中华民族共同体意识一体化教育是指在小学—初中—高中—大学各阶段之间建立相互衔接、上下贯通的铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育系统。该系统由教育主体、教育目标、教育内容、教育空间四个相互作用的要素构成。铸牢中华民族共同体意识一体化教育具有各教育阶段与各教育要素相互合作的整体性,各教育阶段逐级递进与贯通的层次性,系统内外部不断调整的动态性、与外界环境良性互动的开放性。铸牢中华民族共同体意识一体化教育的优化路径一是坚持整体性,以“共建共享”为核心,建立一体化教育共同体;二是细化层次性,以“循序渐进”为要旨,完善一体化教育目标;三是优化动态性,以“守正创新”为引导,建构一体化教育内容;四是深化开放性,以“协同育人”为靶向,生成一体化教育空间。 Based on the perspective of system theory,this study explores the connotation,characteristics and path of the integration education of community consciousness of the Chinese nation.The integrated education of the Chinese nation's community consciousness refers to the establishment of an education system of the Chinese nation's community consciousness in the various stages of primary school,junior middle school,senior high school and university.The system consists of four interacting elements:education subject,education goal,education content and education space.The integrated education of the Chinese nation's consciousness of community has the integrity of the mutual cooperation between all stages of education and all elements of education,the gradation and penetration of each stage of education,the dynamic nature of continuous adjustment inside and outside the system,and the openness of positive interaction with the external environment.The optimization paths are as follows.Firstly,adhere to the integrity with the core of “five identities” and establish an integrated education system.Secondly,refine the hierarchical nature with the main purpose of“step by step” and improve the integrated education goals.Thirdly,deepen openness with the goal of "collaborative education" and build an integrated education field.Lastly,Optimize dynamics with the guidance of “synchronous and simultaneous frequency” and build an integrated education process.
