社会联结再生产:乡村治理共同体的塑造机制与效能研究——基于赣南F村“写缘”行为的调查

Social Connection Reconstruction:Research on the Shaping Mechanism and Efficiency of Rural Governance Community——An Empirical Investigation Based on the Fundraising Behavior of"Writing Fate"in F Village,Southern Jiangxi

构建乡村治理共同体是推进中国式基层治理现代化的重要路径。乡村社会治理共同体建设离不开乡村治理场域中有效的治理性社会联结,即治理主体的关系联结与治理要素的集聚联结。基于“治理要素联结—社会联结再造—社会治理共同体”的分析进路,以赣南F村“写缘”公共事务治理实践样态为调查研究对象,发现该行为能够从公共精神、公共利益、信任网络、公共空间与制度规范等方面助推价值、利益、组织、场域、制度等治理要素联结的再造,从多个维度形塑乡村治理共同体。在乡村治理实践中,应积极构筑多元要素之间的复线联结,从而形成乡村治理共同体的稳定性联结形态。

Building a rural governance community is an important way to promote the modernization of Chinese style grassroots governance.Social connection is of decisive significance to the formation of community.The construction of rural social governance community depends on the effective governance social connection,including the relationship connection of governance subjects and the agglomeration connection of governance elements.Based on the analysis approach of"governance element connection—Social connection reconstruction—social governance community",taking the public affairs governance practice of"Writing Yuan"fundraising in F Village in southern Jiangxi as the research object,it is found that this behavior can promote the reconstruction of the connection between values,interests,organizations,fields,institutions and other governance elements from the aspects of public spirit,public interest,trust network,public space and institutional norms,and shape the rural governance community from multiple dimensions.In the practice of rural governance,we should actively construct the multi-line connection among multiple elements,so as to construct a stable rural governance community connection form,and build a solid governance foundation for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
