济南市基层医疗卫生机构医生工作满意度及影响因素分析 被引量:3

Analysis of job satisfaction and influencing factors among doctors from primary healthcare institutions in Jinan City

摘要 目的调查济南市基层医疗卫生机构医生工作满意度及影响因素。方法2020年6—9月,采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,在济南市6个区选择30家基层医疗卫生机构的426名医生为调查对象,调查其基本情况、执业情况、工作满意度及影响因素。结果基层医疗卫生机构医生工作满意度总分为(38.22±7.62)分。收入、职业发展、荣誉和精神奖励、福利待遇满意度较低,均低于3.00分。全科医生的工作满意度得分低于其他医生(P<0.05)。二分类logistic回归分析结果显示,每天工作时长、社会认可度、同事关系融洽度、培训机会、职业前景是基层医疗卫生机构医生工作满意度的影响因素。结论济南市基层医疗卫生机构医生工作满意度较高,影响工作满意度的因素较多。建议采取优化工作时间、降低工作强度、营造人际关系和谐的工作环境、开展针对性培训、提高医生职业发展前景等措施,提高医生工作满意度。 Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of doctors in primary care institutions in Jinan City and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From June to September,2020,a survey was conducted among stratified random samples of 426 doctors from 30 primary healthcare institutions in 6 districts.A questionnaire was used to investigate the basic personal information,practicing status and the job satisfaction.Results The average total score job satisfaction was(38.22±7.62).The job satisfaction scores of income,personal development,honor reward and welfare were lower than other dimensions,and each score was less than 3.00.The job satisfaction score of general practitioners was lower than that of other doctors(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis revealed that working hours per day,social acceptance,relationship with colleagues,training opportunities and career prospects were significantly associated with job satisfaction.Conclusion The job satisfaction level of doctors in primary healthcare institutions in Jinan City was relatively high and the influencing factors for job satisfaction were complex and various.It is suggested to optimize the working hours,reduce the work intensity,create the harmonious working environment,carry out the targeted training,and attach importance the career prospect,in order to improve the doctors’job satisfaction.
