产妇及其配偶不同膳食抗炎指数与巨大儿的关系研究

Study on the relationship between different dietary anti-inflammatory indexes and macrosomia of pregnant women and their spouses

摘要 目的探究产妇及其配偶不同膳食抗炎指数组间营养摄入差异与巨大儿的关系,为避免巨大儿的发生提供饮食建议。方法采用成组病例对照研究方法按1∶4进行匹配,选取2021年1月1日—5月31日兰州市某医院新生儿科20对分娩巨大儿、80对分娩正常新生儿的产妇及其配偶作为调查对象,分析不同膳食抗炎指数组间产妇及其配偶营养摄入差异及不同膳食抗炎指数组与巨大儿发生的关系。结果不同膳食抗炎指数组间产妇的谷薯类、蔬菜类、水果类、禽肉类、水产类摄入量比较,配偶的谷薯类、蔬菜类、禽肉类、水产类、蛋类、奶类、大豆坚果摄入量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同膳食抗炎指数组产妇及其配偶发生巨大儿的人数比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=75.00,P<0.05)。结论产妇及其配偶机体的促炎状态较抗炎及中间状态更易分娩巨大儿。产妇及其配偶应限制摄入谷薯类、禽肉类等食物,增加摄入新鲜蔬菜、水果。 Objective To explore the relationship between different dietary anti-inflammatory index groups and nutrition intake of pregnant women and their spouses with macrosomia,in order to provide dietary suggestions for avoiding macrosomia.Methods A case-control study was used to match 20 pairs of macrosomia and 80 pairs of normal newborns and their spouses in the Department of Neonatology of a hospital in Lanzhou City from January 1 to May 31,2021.The difference of nutrition intake among different dietary anti-inflammatory index groups,and the relationship between different dietary anti-inflammatory index groups and macrosomia were analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in the intake of cereals and tubers,vegetables,fruits,poultry and aquatic products among the parturients of different dietary anti-inflammatory index groups,and the intake of cereals and tubers,vegetables,poultry meat,aquatic products,eggs,milk and soy nuts among their spouses(P<0.05).There was statistically significantdifference in different dietary anti-inflammatory index guoups and macrosomia group(χ^(2)=75.00,P<0.05).Conclusion The proinflammatory state of mothers and their spouses is more likely to deliver macrosomia than the anti-inflammatory state and intermediate state.Parturient women and their spouses should limit intake of cereals,potatoes,poultry and other foods,and increase the intake of fresh vegetables and fruits.
