在校大学生进食障碍倾向状况研究

摘要 目的分析在校大学生进食障碍(eating disorder,ED)倾向状况。方法采用简单随机抽样方法选取2020年2月广西医科大学275名在校大学生作为调查对象,对其进行问卷调查。分别将瘦身倾向维度分值≥14分、<14分者纳入ED倾向组、非ED倾向组。结果ED倾向组、非ED倾向组人数分别为22人、253人,分别占8.00%、92.00%。ED倾向组与非ED倾向组的瘦身倾向(t=22.974)、身体不满(t=6.266)、贪食(t=2.397)、完美主义(t=2.008)、恐惧成熟(t=3.889)、内感受意识(t=3.347)、无效感(t=2.680)得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别、居住地调查对象的瘦身倾向、身体不满得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在校大学生进食情况总体处于健康水平,达到ED倾向标准的人数较少,ED倾向的发生涉及生理、心理、社会等多源性因素。 Objective To analyze the status of eating disorder(ED)tendency in school college students.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to select 275 college students enrolled in Guangxi Medical University in February,2020 as the subjects of the survey.Those with lean tendency dimension scores≥14 and<14 were included in ED tendency group and non-ED tendency group,respectively.Results The numbers of ED tendency group and non-ED tendency group were 22 and 253,accounting for 8.00% and 92.00%,respectively.Thinness tendency(t=22.974),body dissatisfaction(t=6.266),bulimia(t=2.397),perfectionism(t=2.008),fear of maturity(t=3.889),internal feeling consciousness(t=3.347),and sense of ineffectiveness(t=2.680)scores were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences were statistically significant in the scores of lean tendency and body dissatisfaction among the respondents of different genders and places of residence(P<0.05).Conclusion The eating situation of college students in school is generally at a healthy level,the number of those who meet the criteria of ED propensity is low,and the occurrence of ED propensity involves physiological,psychological,social and other multi-source factors.
