2021年北京市东城区、朝阳区社区生活垃圾分类现况调查

Investigation of the status of domestic waste classification in the communities of Dongcheng District and Chaoyang District,Beijing City in 2021

目的了解居民垃圾分类认知现状和垃圾投放实际情况,为促进下一步社区垃圾分类工作的开展提供支持。方法采用方便抽样的方法在北京市东城区和朝阳区各选取3个小区进行调查,并通过Excel 2007进行数据整理。结果垃圾桶主要以二分类设置为主,居民知晓率为56.8%,83.3%的垃圾投放点有明显且清晰的垃圾分类宣传标识,垃圾分类指导员工作性质(F=6.11)和对垃圾分类质量的影响(t=-2.19)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对物业人员访谈结果显示,垃圾分类相关法律法规尚不完善。结论大部分垃圾投放点设置合理,卫生条件良好,厨余垃圾投放好于其他垃圾;居民垃圾分类知晓率有待提高,居民主动分类意识不强;垃圾分类相关法律、法规仍不完善;物业管理部门的公共卫生服务意识尚有欠缺。

Objective To know the actual situation of residents’perception of the current state of garbage disposal,to provide support for the further development of community garbage classification.Methods Convenient sampling methods were used to select three communities in Dongcheng District and Chaoyang District,Beijing City to conduct surveys’through Excel 2007.Results Garbage bins were mainly set up in two categories;residents’awareness rate was 56.8%;83.3% of the garbage disposal sites had obvious and clear garbage classification publicity signs.The nature of the garbage classification instructor(F=6.11)had statistically significant difference on the classification of garbage(t=-2.19,P<0.05).The interview survey on property personnel showed that the laws and regulations related to garbage classification were not yet complete.Conclusion Most of the waste disposal sites are reasonably set up,with good sanitary conditions,and the kitchen waste disposal is better than other wastes.The awareness rate of residents’garbage classification needs to be improved,and the residents’awareness of active classification is not strong.Laws and regulations related to waste classification are still imperfect.The public health service awareness of the property management department is still lacking.
