湖州市吴兴区居民传染病防治素养现况及影响因素分析

Analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of residents’literacy in infectious disease prevention and control in Wuxing District,Huzhou City

目的了解2019年湖州市吴兴区居民传染病防治素养水平及人群特征,分析影响居民传染病防治素养的主要因素。方法采用分层多阶段整群与人口规模成比例相结合的抽样方法,选取湖州市吴兴区非集体居住的15~69周岁常住居民为研究对象,对其开展问卷调查。结果共调查1376人,经过加权标准化后,2019年湖州市吴兴区居民传染病防治素养水平为27.2%。城市居民的传染病防治素养水平高于农村居民(OR=1.399);与大学专科及以上居民相比,不识字/少识字、小学、初中、高中/职高/中专居民的OR值分别为0.017、0.111、0.440、0.771。结论湖州市吴兴区居民的传染病防治素养水平差异较大,居住地和文化程度是影响居民传染病防治素养水平的主要因素。应加强对低素养水平居民的健康教育和健康促进工作,提升其素养水平。

Objective To know the status and population characteristics of residents’health literacy of infectious disease prevention and control in Wuxing District,Huzhou City in 2019,and analyze the main factors influencing.Methods Using the sampling method of stratified and multi-stage cluster in proportion to the population scale,the permanent residents aged 15~69 who do not live collectively in Wuxing District,Huzhou City were selected as the research objects to carry out questionnaire survey.Results A total of 1376 people were investigated.After weighted standardization,the literacy level of infectious disease prevention and control of residents in Wuxing District,Huzhou City was 27.2%in 2019.The literacy level of infectious disease prevention and control of urban residents was higher than that of rural residents(OR=1.399).Compared with the residents of college or above,the OR values of illiterate 1 less literate,primary school,junior middle school,senior high school/vocational high school/technical secondary school residents were 0.017,0.111,0.440 and 0.771,respectively.Conclusion The literacy level of infectious disease prevention and control of residents in Wuxing District,Huzhou City is quite different.Residence and education level are the main factors affecting the level of infectious disease prevention and control literacy of residents.It is necessary to strengthen the health education and health promotion of residents with low literacy to improve their literacy level.
