突发公共卫生事件下公众食品安全信息需求分析

Public food safety information needs in emergency public health events

目的探究公众在突发公共卫生事件不同阶段的食品安全信息需求,为政府部门未来在突发公共卫生事件下主动应对、公开信息提供理论支撑。方法采用文本分析法,通过隐含狄利克雷分布主题模型分析在新浪微博平台公众讨论主题的演变。以食品供应链为主线,结合文献研究所得的潜在信息需求和文本分析结果,构建常态化疫情防控下的公众食品安全信息需求框架。结果在新冠疫情各阶段,公众信息需求的侧重点不同,新冠病毒感染的风险引发了冷链食品疫情防控信息、食品生产加工环节疫情防控信息等新的信息需求,监管信息、食品安全事件信息等常规需求始终存在。结论在新冠病毒感染实施乙类乙管新政策的背景下,政府部门在发布信息时应统筹规划,全面满足公众常规的和常态化疫情防控背景下新增的食品安全信息需求。

Objective To explore the public’s needs for food safety information in different stages of public health emergencies,to provide theoretical basis for government departments to proactively respond to emergency public health events in advance and information disclosure in the future.Methods Text analysis method was adopted,Weibo platform was taken as the research object,LDA topic analysis was carried out to analyze the evolution of public discussion topics,and finally the food supply chain was taken as the main line,and the potential information demand obtained from literature research and text analysis results was combined,to construct the public food safety information demand framework under the normal epidemic prevention and control.Results The results of text analysis showed that the emphasis of public information needs was different at different stages of the epidemic.COVID-19 infectious risk brought new information needs,such as cold chain food,and food production and processing epidemic prevention and control information.But regular needs,such as supervision information and campus food safety information,always existed.Conclusion Now,COVID-19 pandemic has been treated as a Category B disease.The government should make an overall plan when releasing information to fully meet the public’s new needs for food safety information under the normalization of COVID-19 prevention and control.
