摘要
目的了解2019年北京市昌平区基层预防保健人员薪资满意度现状,并探究影响因素。方法分析基层预防保健人员薪资满意度现状,采用累积优势logistic回归探究影响因素。结果8.45%的人员薪资满意度为比较满意或非常满意。税后月薪、期望税后年总收入、奖金发放制度认可度、工作发展空间、其他科室的协助度、对考勤制度的认可度与薪资满意度相关。结论昌平区基层预防保健人员对薪资情况的满意度低,实际收入与期望收入差距大。税后月薪、对奖金发放制度认可度、工作发展空间、其他科协助度、考勤休假认可度是薪资满意度的促进因素,期望税后年总收入是薪资满意度抑制因素。建议优化薪酬、考勤和人员晋升制度。
Objective To know the current situation of salary satisfaction among primary preventive health care staff in Changping District,Beijing City in 2019,and to explore the influencing factors.Methods Analyzing the current situation of salary satisfaction,and using cumulative advantage logistic regression analysis to find influence factors.Results 8.45%salary satisfaction was relatively satisfied or very satisfied.After-tax monthly salary,expected after-tax annual total income,recognition of bonus payment system,work development space,assistance of other departments,recognition of attendance system were related to salary satisfaction.Conclusion The overall satisfaction of the salary in Changping District is low.The gap between actual income and expected income is huge.After-tax monthly salary,recognition of bonus payment system,work development space,assistance in other disciplines,attendance and leave recognition are the promoting factors of salary satisfaction,while expected annual gross income after tax is the inhibiting factor of salary satisfaction.It is suggested to optimize existing system of salary,attendance and personnel promotion.
