我国疫苗经济学领域研究知识图谱分析

Analysis of vaccine economics knowledge map in China

目的对我国疫苗经济学领域研究进行可视化分析,探索该领域研究现状,为我国疫苗经济学评价提供参考。方法以疫苗经济学评价为检索词检索中国知网、维普及万方数据库,利用CiteSpace、VOSviewer软件对发文情况、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果共纳入766篇文献,发文量整体呈上升趋势。主要发文机构为中国疾病预防控制中心、北京市疾病预防控制中心和深圳市疾病预防控制中心。研究热点内容有疫苗接种、成本效益、疫苗、流感疫苗、免疫规划等,研究前沿领域包括宫颈癌疫苗、流感疫苗、技术指南、疾病负担、疫苗安全性等。结论疫苗经济学研究日趋受到重视,其中流感疫苗、宫颈癌疫苗受到的关注较多,成本效益、疾病负担及安全性成为关注热点。

Objective To do visualization analysis of the researches on vaccine economics,and explore the research status,in order to provide reference for research hotspots and cutting-edge trends in this field.Methods Through CNKI,VIP database and Wanfang database,CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to analyze the annual number of documents and keywords.Results A total of 766 documents were included.The number of documents showed an upward trend.The main sending institutions were Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention,and Shenzhen Center for Disease Control and Prevention.Research hotspots include vaccination,cost-effectiveness,vaccine,influenza vaccine,and immunization planning,etc.Cervical cancer vaccine,influenza vaccine,technical guidelines,disease burden and vaccine safety etc.were the research frontiers.Conclusion More and more attention has been paid to the research of vaccine economics,among which influenza vaccine and cervical cancer vaccine have attracted more and more attention,and their cost-effectiveness,disease burden and safety have become the focus of attention.
