摘要
目的选取内蒙古自治区某煤基精细化工厂气化车间为研究对象,对其化学因素进行职业健康风险等级评估,为制定保护作业人员健康措施提供理论依据。方法确定气化车间132个化学因素采样点并进行监测。采用化学因素半定量风险评估模型评估该车间化学因素的职业健康风险,风险分为5个等级。结果气化车间化学因素包括生产性粉尘、一氧化碳、硫化氢、氨、二氧化硫。根据半定量风险评估模型评估结果,水煤浆气化工段生产性粉尘作业点有10个为中等风险、2个为低风险,硫化氢作业点有9个为低风险,氨作业点有11个为低风险,一氧化碳作业点有9个为低风险;粉煤气化工段生产性粉尘作业点有35个为低风险,二氧化硫作业点有2个为低风险,硫化氢作业点有20个为低风险,氨作业点有16个为低风险,一氧化碳作业点有18个为低风险。结论气化车间存在10个中等风险生产性粉尘作业点,均为职业性有害因素关键控制点。应加强生产性粉尘管理,保护作业人员身体健康。
Objective To select chemical factors in gasification workshop of a coal based fine chemical plant,and evaluate the occupational health risk level of chemical factors in the gasification workshop of a coal based fine chemical plant,so as to provide theoretical basis for the protection of workers’health.Methods The occupational health field investigation was conducted,132 sampling points of chemical factors were determined and monitored.The semi quantitative risk assessment model was used to evaluate the occupational health risk of chemical factors in the workshop.The risk was divided into five levels.Results The chemical factors of gasification workshop included productive dust,carbon monoxide,hydrogen sulfide,ammonia and sulfur dioxide.According to the semi quantitative risk assessment method,there are 10 medium risk and 2 low risk productive dust operation points in coal water slurry gas chemical section,9 low risk hydrogen sulfide operation points,11 low risk ammonia operation points and 9 low risk carbon monoxide operation points.There are 35 low-risk productive dust operation points in pulverized coal gas chemical section,2 low-risk sulfur dioxide operation points,20 low-risk hydrogen sulfide operation points,16 low-risk ammonia operation points and 18 low-risk carbon monoxide operation points.Conclusion There are 10 medium risk productive dust operation points in the gasification workshop of the coal based fine chemical plant.The slag breaker of coal water slurry gasifier is the key control point of occupational harmful factors.The management of productive dust should be strengthened to protect the health of workers.
