新冠疫情前后青岛市重点公共场所从业人员健康状况分析

Analysis of the health status of employees in key public places before and after COVID-19 epidemic

目的通过比较新冠疫情前后青岛市重点公共场所从业人员健康状况,分析新冠疫情对从业人员健康的影响。方法收集2019—2021年青岛市重点公共场所从业人员自述的工作环境卫生状况、个人健康行为、基础卫生知识及个人健康状况,分析新冠疫情对从业人员健康的影响。结果新冠疫情对公共场所从业人员个人健康行为,如主动佩戴防护手套和口罩的比例影响显著,年度间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),且呈线性趋势。主动佩戴防护手套能够降低出现眼睛不良主观感觉或症状的风险(OR=0.17,95%CI:0.06~0.49);主动佩戴防护口罩能够降低出现皮肤不良感觉或症状的风险(OR=0.08,95%CI:0.02~0.41)。从业人员对过度消毒、传染病主要传播途径等专业性防控知识掌握情况不理想。结论新冠疫情能够影响重点公共场所从业人员个人健康行为,并进一步影响其健康状况,需要加强针对重点公共场所从业人员的传染病防治相关知识宣传与培训。

Objective To compare the health status of employees in key public places in Qingdao City before and after COVID-19 epidemic,and to analyze the influence of COVID-19 epidemic on the health of employees.Methods The self-reported work environment hygienic status,personal health behavior,basic health knowledge and personal health status of employees in key public places in Qingdao City from 2019 to 2021 were collected,and the influence of COVID-19 epidemic on the health status of employees was analyzed.Results There was significant impact on personal health behaviors,such as the proportion of actively wearing protective gloves and masks.There was a significant and linear trend between years(P<0.001).Active wearing of protective gloves reduced the risk of self-reported eye subject feeling and symptoms(OR=0.17,95%CI:0.06~0.49).Active wearing of protective masks reduced the risk of adverse skin feelings and symptoms(OR=0.08,95%CI:0.02~0.41).The professional knowledge of prevention and control of infectious diseases,such as excessive disinfection and the main transmission routes of infectious diseases,was still insufficient.Conclusion COVID-19 epidemic can affect the health behaviors of employees in key public places and further affect their health status.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity and training of knowledge related to infectious diseases for employees in public places.
