抑郁症住院患者睡眠质量情况及影响因素研究

Study on sleep quality of hospitalized patients with depression and the influencing factors

目的了解绍兴市第七人民医院抑郁症住院患者睡眠质量情况,分析影响因素,提出预防策略。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月绍兴市第七人民医院180例抑郁症住院患者为研究对象,观察其睡眠质量,采用单因素、多因素logistic回归分析方法分析诱发抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的危险因素。结果多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄(β=0.5275)、职业状况(β=0.3858)、病程(β=0.7955)及抑郁程度(β=0.8477)是抑郁症患者睡眠质量的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者的睡眠障碍发生率较高,年龄、职业状况、病程及抑郁程度等均可影响抑郁症患者的睡眠质量,开展针对性预防干预策略可有效缓解抑郁症患者的睡眠障碍,降低抑郁患者睡眠障碍的发生率。

Objective To know the sleep quality of depression inpatients in the Seventh People’s Hospital of Shaoxing City,and to analyze the influencing factors,so as to propose preventive strategies.Methods A total of 180 depression inpatients who were treated in the Seventh People’s Hospital of Shaoxing City from January,2019 to December,2020 were selected,and the sleep quality of patients was observed.Single factor and multivariate logistic analysis were conducted to analyze the risk factors of the sleep disorder of patients with depression.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age(β=0.5275),occupational status(β=0.3858),course of disease(β=0.7955)and degree of depression(β=0.8477)were closely related with the sleep quality of depression patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of sleep disorder of patients with depression is high.Various factors,such as age,occupational status,course of disease,and degree of depression can influence the sleep quality of depression patients.Targeted preventive intervention strategies can effectively alleviate the sleep disorder of patients with depression and reduce the incidence rate.
