圆形分布法在院前医疗急救指挥调度管理中的运用

Application of circular distribution method in pre-hospital medical emergency command and dispatch management

目的运用圆形分布法分析海岛城市院前医疗急救呼叫时间、频次规律,为合理安排院前医疗急救指挥调度人员提供科学依据。方法在舟山市院前医疗急救指挥调度信息系统提取2016—2020年院前医疗急救呼叫记录,采用圆形分布法(样本角均数的Z值按照α=0.05,Z0.05=2.9957标准判断)推算院前医疗急救呼叫的高峰时点和高峰时期。结果海岛城市院前医疗急救呼叫高峰时点为8月24日,高发时期为6月7日—11月11日,夏秋季为院前医疗急救呼叫的高峰季节。每日24 h呼叫记录中,高峰时点为14:02,高峰时期为09:00—18:00;白天呼叫量明显多于夜晚。结论海岛城市院前医疗急救呼叫时间、频次表现出明显的集中趋势,具有明显的季节特征。根据其时间分布规律合理安排调度人力资源、有针对性地提出管理措施,能够提高院前医疗急救服务水平。

Objective The circular distribution method was used to analyze the call time and frequency rule of pre-hospital medical emergency in island cities,so as to provide scientific basis for reasonable arrangement of pre-hospital medical emergency command and dispatch personnel.Methods Extracting the pre-hospital medical emergency call records of Zhoushan pre-hospital medical emergency command and dispatching information system from 2016 to 2020,adopting the circular distribution method.Z value of the sample angle mean was in accordance with α=0.05,Z0.05=2.9957 standard judgment.The peak time and peak period of medical emergency call before discharge was calculated.Results The peak time of pre-hospital medical emergency calls in island cities was August,24.The high incidence period was from June,7 to November,11.The peak period was summer and autumn.In the daily 24-hour call records,the peak time was 14:02,and the peak time was from 9:00 to 18:00.The call volume in daytime was higher than that in night.Conclusion The pre-hospital medical emergency call time and frequency in island cities show an obvious centralized trend.According to its time distribution,it is necessary to reasonably arrange and dispatch human resources,and put forward targeted management measures to improve the level of pre-hospital medical emergency service.
