负性情绪在慢性心力衰竭患者中快感缺失与生活满意度关系的中介作用

The mediating role of negative emotions in the relationship between anhedonia and life satisfaction in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨负性情绪在慢性心力衰竭(以下简称心衰)患者中快感缺失与生活满意度关系的中介作用。方法随机抽取2019年5月至2021年5月在聊城市第二人民医院、山东第一医科大学附属聊城二院心内科曾住院治疗的慢性心衰患者118例作为研究对象,采用根据文献总结的慢性心衰患者不同人口学特征进行自编问卷,主观幸福感量表,时间性快感体验量表,激惹、抑郁和焦虑自评量表进行测评,并采取独立样本t检验、Pearson相关分析及线性回归分析等方式测评其相关性及中介作用。结果除经济状况方面外,慢性心衰患者中人口学变量(年龄、受教育水平等)和疾病状况与生活满意度、快感缺失、IDAS没有显著相关。负性情绪分别与生活满意度、期待性和消费性快感缺失呈负相关,期待性与消费性快感缺失与生活满意度呈正相关。负性情绪在快感缺失与生活满意度关系中有部分中介作用。结论慢性心衰患者快感缺失与生活满意度的关系可由负性情绪来中介。

Objective To explore the mediating role of negative emotion in the relationship between anhedonia and life satisfaction in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 118 patients with chronic heart failure who had been hospitalized in the department of cardiology of the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were randomly selected as research objects.The satisfaction with life scale(SWLS),the temporal experience pleasure scale(TEPS),irritability,depression and anxiety scale(IDAS)were conducted according to different demographic characteristics of patients with chronic heart failure summarized in literature.Besides,independent sample t test,Pearson correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were used to evaluate their correlation and mediating role.Results Except for economic status,demographic variables(age,education level,etc.)and disease status were not significantly correlated with life satisfaction,anhedonia,and IDAS in patients with chronic heart failure.Negative emotion was negatively correlated with life satisfaction,expectant anhedonia and consumer anhedonia,while expectant anhedonia and consumer anhedonia were positively correlated with life satisfaction.Negative emotions play a partial mediating role in the relationship between anhedonia and life satisfaction.Conclusions The relationship between anhedonia and life satisfaction in chronic heart failure patients can be mediated by negative emotions.
