摘要
从工程应用角度出发,利用经典的层压板理论和复变函数理论,提出并建立一种碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)层压板在拉伸载荷作用下的强度预测方法,该方法考虑复合材料层压板在制造过程中的缺陷对拉伸强度的影响,通过单向板的模量、强度参数及某一铺层层压板的极限强度预测同种复合材料、相同成型工艺任一铺层层压板的拉伸强度,采用该方法计算5种复合材料、25种铺层的层压板拉伸强度,对预测结果与试验结果进行对比。结果表明,预测的拉伸强度与试验强度吻合较好,在预测方法中关于复合材料层板缺陷处理的两个假设能成立。由于目前主要的复合材料强度理论均较复杂,该方法为复合材料结构设计提供一种高效、快捷的层压板拉伸强度预测途径。
From the point of engineering application.a prediction method to determine the tensile strength of the carbon fi-ber reinforced polymer(CFRP)is proposed using classical laminate theory and the theory of function of a complex variable.In the method,the influence of defects in the manufacturing process of composite laminates on the tensile strength is considered.The tensile strength of any composite laminate with the same composite material and the same molding process is predicted by the modulus、strength of unidirectional laminate and ultimate strength of a laminate.The method is used to calculate the tensile strength of 5 kinds of composite material systems and 25 kinds of laminates.The calculated results and the test results are compared.The research indicates that the calculated results are in good agreement with experimental results.Two assumptions about defect treatment of composite laminates can be established.Owing to the current strength theories of composite materials are relatively complicated.the method provides a simple and efficient way to predict the tensile strength of composite laminates for composite structure design.
